Ysynergy’s Teacher’s Training Course or TTC is one of the most comprehensive, inspired, and empowering yoga teacher training in the country. It is also one of the uncommon elective and multidisciplinary yoga training available. Upcoming Training Schedule and Costs
The 200-hour yoga teacher training is offered throughout the year and you can pick and choose the international teachers that wish to learn from.

In other words, you can start at any time of the year with your preferred international teacher and finished the course within the stipulated time frame of 12 months.

Work out your own plan and soon before you realised it, you are on your way to becoming a certified yoga instructor.

The Curriculum 
he following is the curriculum for the 200 hour TTC.

REQUIREMENTS:
- You should have at least one year of yoga practice
- A strong desire to pursue a path of sharing yoga with people
- Willingness to learn and take the intensity of the trainings

How to Apply?  
Just email your interest to info@ysynergy.com indicating your years of yoga practice and contact details such as your mobile nos. You will need to make a non-refundable deposit payment of RM2,500 to our designated bank account and we will reserve a place for you.

Please keep the bank in slip and present it to us when you come to Ysynergy for your monthly practice and we will issue an official receipt acknowledging your participation in the TTC.

FAQ

Q: Why do I need to attend your TTC?

At Ysynergy, you learn to teach from the inside out, as an expression of your authentic self. Graduates of our programs draw on experiential knowledge of a wide range of tools for guiding students into the experience of inner peace that is yoga. Ysynergy-trained teachers are creative, confident, and compassionate and are committed to an ongoing exploration of the yoga of life.

Our program is designed to suit your lifestyle and that in taking a step towards signing for the TTC, you are on a journey and before you plunge yourself into a full-time yoga instructor, you will like to take time to evaluate this option. Ysynergy TTC gives you the space and time to do that.

Q: Is there a time period that I must complete my TTC?
Yes, normally, you are given not more than 12 months to complete the TTC. Enough courses are available for you to comfortably complete the TTC. In the event of certain circumstances that you are unable to complete it within the 12 month time frame, you can write in to us to ask for extension. With a valid reason, we will consider and extend this to accommodate your request.

Q: How do you calculate the 12 month period?
Well, it starts with your first course. You may sign in June and your first course commences with Simon Borg in September 08 then, it will be 12 months from this date.

Q: Will I be confused by the various masters’ methodology and approaches?
First of all, the diversity does give you a holistic overview of the yoga world and the various disciplines within it. Your practice at Ysynergy under the guidance of the Principal of Ysynergy will be necessary and the Ysynergy’s director of training will explain to you the difference in approaches and we certainly believe that you will come out of it even more enriched by this elective exposure and learning. Thus with her guidance, you will be able to string the various disciplines together and appreciate the different approaches without getting confused.

Q: Where will I do my practicum and further practice?
You are required to attend monthly practice at Ysynergy Hub and that will give you further appreciation and understanding of what you have learnt from the masters. You will be required to attend additional practices and classes at Ysynergy for your practicum and self-study.

Q: If I do not understand English, can I attend this TTC?By and large, the international teachers use English as the medium of instruction. With the exception of the anatomy section, all the other courses would have immediate Mandarin translation and that will help you in understanding the course content. Ysynergy is known for its Mandarin translation and this has benefited many of our students.

Q: If I do not have much experience in Yoga, can I join?
We advocate at least one year of yoga practice and if you do not have that, you need to be assessed by our director of training to ascertain whether you could join or the next available course you should take part.

Q: What is the price for the TTC?
The early bird price is RM9,900 and that entitles you to a one –year free membership with Ysynergy and the idea behind this is for you to practice with the director of training and the rest of the TTC debutants.

Q: Do you have any assistance plan for students to help their payment mode?
For those who registered, the non-refundable deposit is RM2,500 and you need to fill in an application form that states the conditions of your joining the TTC. In the event that you require some form of payment assistance, please do not hesitate to talk to the officers of Ysynergy.

Q: If I have injuries before, can I still participate in the TTC?
The TTC is always vigorous in its training and if you have injuries, you must declare in your application form. Our director of training will assess your injuries and determine whether you can participate in the TTC given your injuries.
